We fire up the Ooni Karu 12G Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven for a world-class dinner in our own backyard. New features of this high-end Ooni oven include a borosilicate glass door that lets us see how our pizza’s coming along without letting any hot air out of the oven and ClearView tech that keeps the glass soot- and ash-free pizza party after pizza party. Out of the box, this oven’s ready to be heated with wood or charcoal for a traditional wood-fired ‘za. It heats to the ideal cooking temperature in about 15 minutes, and at such a high heat, dinner is done in just a minute.
